Grosse Pointe Woods-based marketing and design firm Harrington Communications has been honored with three Hermes Creative Awards. The Hermes Creative Awards is an international creative competition that recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communications professionals.

Harrington Communications was awarded the competition’s highest honor for its design and development of the 2010-2011 annual report for the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy. In addition, Harrington Communications received awards for the development of a holiday animated greeting card for national accounting firm Baker Tilly and an email marketing campaign for Miller Canfield.

Over the years, Harrington Communications has won a number of industry awards, including the Communicator Award, Crystal Award of Excellence, the IABC Detroit Renaissance Awards, MarCom, Hermes, and many others.

The Hermes Creative Awards is an international creative competition, administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals. The competition is an international competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing and design of traditional and emerging media.
