With a table at the tailgate party this afternoon, Patch will offer face painting to the community to help spread the spirit before the rivalry football game between Grosse Pointe North and Grosse Pointe South.

Today I'm taking a break of sorts, however, to spread some community spirit at the tailgate party prior to the Grosse Pointe North-Grosse Pointe South football game.
Grosse Pointe Patch colors today will be dark green, dark blue and gold.
Patch editors Sara Eaton Martin and Jenny Whalen will be painting faces during the tailgate outside South High School beginning at 5 p.m.
