Little League Rangers Take Championship
The AAA Woods Shores Little League ended its season Friday with a game between the Rangers and the Mets. The Rangers won 5 to 0.

Many of the little league champions for this baseball season were determined this weekend during final games.
The Grosse Pointe Woods Shores Little League AAA Champions are the Rangers. They played Friday against the Mets and took the title with a 5-0 win.
The Grosse Pointe A's also took the title against the Pirates in a final game Saturday with a 9-8 win.
More tournaments for the other players are scheduled for mid-July, according to the organization's website.
