Nominate the Best Place for a Frozen Treat in Grosse Pointe
Let us know the best place to get a frozen treat in the Grosse Pointes so we can put it to a vote and find out which is the Readers’ Choice 2012 winner.
What is the best place to get a frozen treat in the Grosse Pointes?
Patch is relaunching its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who knows about charitable giving to nominate the best place to get a frozen treat in Grosse Pointe Patch.
We’ll keep accepting nominations through July 9. After that, nominations will be closed and we’ll start the voting, so make sure to get in your favorites now.
All you need to do is nominate a business by adding the name in the comments below. If another reader has already nominated your pick, make sure to add your comment about why it should be included, because we may not be able to add all businesses to our poll and we want to make sure the top ones make it in.
Thanks in advance for your participation.
PS: Sign up for the Grosse Pointe Patch Newsletter to find out when voting starts so you can support your favorite institution in the Readers' Choice contest.

Alinosi ice cream and candy has been at it on the east side since 1921. Now available at the Chocolate Bar Cafe, 20737 Mack Ave., Grosse Pointe Woods. No franchise food for me--keep it local.

Wally's Frozen Custard is indeed a family favorite of ours - and has been for years!

As much as I hate to nominate a chain...the cold hard truth is TCBY is untouchable for flavor...

Ashby's is our family favorite. Cold refreshing creamy deliciousness and award winning flavors.
