Update: Moross Will Be Open, Repair Work Postponed
Repair work on a water main on Moross Road has been postponed, which means the road will be open Thursday.
Grosse Pointe Farms Department of Public Safety issued a second community alert Wednesday concerning repairs to a water main on Moross Road.
Repairs to a water main were scheduled for Thursday originally, which was going to cause the roadway to be closed for several hours. In an updated alert issued Wednesday afternoon, the repairs have been postponed.
A new date for the repairs was not provided in the alert but the change means Moross Road will be open to motorists throughout the day.
