Okay for me it's a toss up between three very different types of soups... If you have a cold and need your head cleared, El Charro's Tortilla Soup is spicey, tastes awesome and does the job!! For a cream soup, I love Brio's Lobster Bisque and for an authentic Greek Lemon Rice Soup (as close as your going to get to Greek Town in Macomb Twp) is Leo's Coney Island :) So there are my top 3!!

Jumps has the most amazing and creative soups. Flavors are perfectly balanced. Textures are always wonderful. In summertime the gazpacho is the best anywhere. In winter the soups based on root vegetables are smooth and comforting.

The Week Day Cafe in Eastpointe makes all of their soup from scratch. Everything from Mulligatawny to French Onion to Gazpacho to Chicken Pot Pie. They are the best!

As a soup lover, I vote for Jumps too. The chicken chili is to die for.

I agree the Weekday Cafe has great soups. Chef Ed makes them from scratch.

I think the Chicken Noodle Soup at The Village Grill is great. They put tarragon in it and it has lots of carrots and noodles.
