Let's face it, there are some days we can't even fathom the thought of putting dinner together! I'm with ya! You see, I'm a teacher, and it's drawing close to the end of the year. The kids have "spring fever" and the teachers might have it just as bad! As a music teacher, who is also married to another music teacher, we are busy as can be these days with end of the year concerts, award assemblies, etc. We are TIRED in the evenings! This kind of recipe is exactly what I need right now! SIMPLE. :)
You're welcome. ;)
This recipe has a simple 2 ingredients. You read that right! There are just 2 ingredients in this folks! You can do that, right?! Even though this is just 2 ingredients, it won't taste like it, I promise! This chicken will be flavorful, tender and will fall right apart for you. We simply served ours "sliced" over a bed of lettuce to create a beautiful salad. This would also be great just as is, with some simple sides.
I used a Tastefully Simple Vidalia Onion dressing when I made my Vidalia Onion Chicken, but I've sinced checked the local grocery store, and there are several brands carrying Vidalia Onion Dressing. Although, I highly recommend trying this dressing if you haven't! It's delicious!
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there!

Hey Bev, Sorry for your frustration. I'll email you a copy as a pdf file, and it should print as just one page. I jsut tested it, and htting the print button just under the headline and the date on this blog post gave me the just the post in one page that was easy to print.
