Kercheval Avenue is closed from Cadieux to Neff on July 27th and 28th to make room for special sales and great bargains from Village merchants. The event also features food and refreshments, live entertainment, kid's activities and fun for the entire family! Friday, from noon to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, from 9:30n a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The Village Association of Grosse Pointe represents all of the businesses in a small downtown area in the heart of the five Pointes. Well-known for the many events, including the annual Music on the Plaza Thursday night concerts and the annual Santa Claus Parade the day after Thanksgiving, the district is filled with locally owned as well as national retailers, restaurants, coffee shops and more. The Village Association has a presence on Facebook and Twitter in addtion to its own website.
