The Tompkins Community Center doors will open at 4 pm and inside you will find those one-of-a-kind gifts to purchase for the holidays! Local vendors will be selling everything from ornaments, candles, scarves, desserts, jewelry, Tupperware and tiles!At 6:30 pm Santa, the Mayor and the Defer Choir, led by Liz Moses will be gathered around the tree as we count down before the tree is lit. A free holiday movie, "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" will be shown in the Okulski Family Theatre at 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm.Blue Pointe Restaurant will be in the Lavins Center Lounge selling hotdogs, soup, chili, apple cider and chips from 4:00 - 7:30 pm.Join us and spend the entire evening getting into the Christmas Spirit!

Windmill Pointe Park serves residents of Grosse Pointe Park and features a movie theater and workout facility. The park is located at the mouth of the Detroit River and has a playscape, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a baby pool, sand volleyball courts and tennis courts. The park also has a large picnic area and a marina complemented by a fishing pier.
