Dylan's Rawbar & Grille is not just about raw fish. Lamb chops, frog legs and chicken all grace Dylan's menu. There is a daily Hawaiian fish special, flown in fresh, not frozen. The sushi offerings are plentiful and the menu also offers a tapas selection. There is live piano seven night a week at 8pm and additional live music on Sundays at 8pm in the dining room.
