Across our great nation, in recent days, there have been many intrusive regulations placed on, and interferences into, private affairs of citizens who are actively promoting a sense of community through bake sales, lemonade stands, garage sales, donating food to the homeless, innocent hugs among schoolkids, and various other community building endeavors. These activities actively promote a sense of community and strengthen community ties.
With this in mind, Shooter's Emporium will be sponsoring a community Bake Sale, Lemonade Stand & Hug-A-Thon in conjunction with Glenn Beck's nation-wide Restoring Honor initiative that encourages, capitalism, entrepreneurship, and freedom to build small businesses without being encumbered by stifling government interference and regulations. Proceeds will benefit our local Samaritan House and a small portion will go to Glenn Beck's Mercury One food drive.
The Bake Sale & Lemonade Stand & Hug-A-Thon will take place outside of Shooter's Emporium 149 South Main Street Romeo Michigan 48065 from 12PM Noon to 4PM on Wednesday June 13, 2012. Come On Down !!!
