Tennis Tournament Grosse Pointe Hunt Club

Grosse Pointe Hunt Club, 655 Cook Rd, Grosse Pointe Woods, MI | Get Directions »
$25.00

Parents,
We are running an exciting Mini-Tournament format on 12/26.  This is not a USTA event.  For advanced USTA tournament caliber players it is meant to get some strong match prep before tournament events starting that weekend.  For other players it's more match experience.
Players will play between 2-4 one-set matches in a draw format.  Each match will either be one 8-game pro set or one regular set.
There are three broad divisions with the potential of sub-divisions so that skill levels are matched appropriately.  All divisions will be boys and girls playing together.  Players in each division will not be playing players from other divisions.
Advanced - Advanced USTA tournament players.  Start Time: 9am
Intermediate - Ages 8-14 players new to USTA tournaments.  Start Time: Early Afternoon
Green Dot -  Ages 7-12 players new to match experience and tournaments.  Start Time: Early or Late Afternoon
The Advanced Division Start Time is confirmed for 9am.  Once we know who is coming the start times for Intermediate and Green Dot divisions will be confirmed.
Cost is $35 ($25 for Hunt Club members).  Max cost for a family with multiple players is $60 ($50 for Hunt Club members).
Please respond back if your player can play.  We are limiting the draws in each division so first come first serve.  Looking forward to the event.  Any questions please email or call me.  My contact info is below.  Thank you.
