More About Lewis E. Maire Elementary School
Opened in 1936, Maire Elementary School serves more than 300 students from kindergarten to fifth grade. The school adopted a positive behavior with positive reinforcement model in 2009, meaning students can earn rewards based on their respect towards others, responsibilities and safety choices. Maire Elementary was recognized by the state as an Evergreen School for the students' efforts to help the environment.
