Grosse Pointe North Celebrates Homecoming, Other Teams to Play Under the Lights
High schools football players, and future football players, will take the field Friday night under lights.
Friday night will be a big night for football players of all ages in the Grosse Pointes.
St. Joan of Arc's varsity football teams will play St. Lawrence under the lights Friday at Charger field. The varsity white team will play at 6 p.m., followed by an 8 p.m. game for the varsity red team. There will also be night soccer games Saturday for St. Joan of Arc.
- It is homecoming for Grosse Pointe North. The parade steps off at 5:30 p.m. at Monteith Elementary School. The game against Fraser kicks off at 7 p.m.
- Grosse Pointe South is on the road for a 7 p.m. game against Port Huron Northern.
- University Liggett is also on the road for a 7 p.m. game against Sterling Heights Parkway Christian.
