Community Update

Tai Chi coming to Pointe Fitness & Training on May 6th 
Tai Chi is an ancient practice characterized by slow, fluid movements.  It is sometimes referred to as moving meditation.  Benefits include stress reduction and improved balance, flexibility and coordination.   The 9-week class will meet 1:30-2:30 weekly and will be taught by Susan Leithauser-Yee.  Session cost is $36 for members, $72 for non-members.
