One notable change to the annual series is the location of the musicians. In the past they've set up and performed on the sidewalk in front of Side Street Diner and T.N. Thai. City officials however said this year they'll be on the opposite side of the street to help performers avoid staring into the sun.

In the event of rain, the free concerts are performed inside about two blocks from the normal location.
