Beaumont Grosse Pointe, St. John's Recognized as Top Detroit Area Hosptials

and  have been ranked among the top 10 Detroit area hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. 

The ranking, which has been done for 20 years naming top hospitals within the nation, expanded to rank hospitals that handle more areas of healthcare. 

St. John's Hospitla is identified as sixth and Beaumont Grosse Pointe is eighth on the list of the Detroit area top 25 hospitals. There were 58 hospitals in the metropolitan area considered, according to U.S. News & World Report. 

St. John's is recognized for its areas of speciality including Diabetes, endocrinology, gastroenterology, geriatrics, heart surgery, kidney disease, pulmonology, urology, neurology and neurosurgery.

Beaumont Grosse Pointe is recognized for its areas of speciality including diabetes, endocrinology, ear, nose and throat, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pulmonology, neurology, neurosurgery and geriatrics.
