House Hunt: 21 Houses Open Sunday Jan. 15
Realtors will host open houses at 21 homes throughout the Grosse Pointes Sunday. The homes range in price from $89,000 to $799,000.
Even if you're not in the market to buy a home right now, it's definitely fun, and even educational, to learn about what homes are for sale and the range in prices.
According to the weekly list published by the Grosse Pointe Board of Realtors, the homes that will open Sunday Jan. 15 range in price from $89,000 to $799,000.
Seven of the 21 homes are in Grosse Pointe Woods; five each from Grosse Pointe Park and Farms; three from the City of Grosse Pointe; and one in Grosse Pointe Shores.

According to a weekly market recap by Scott Adlhoch, there are 249 single family homes on the market in the Grosse Pointes and 12 homes have sold in 2012 so far.
