Grosse Pointe Public Schools Superintendent Dr. Suzanne Klein, who'll retire in December after 41 years with the district, won't be leaving quietly. She's being treated to a "Roast & Toast" in her honor Wednesday, Nov. 2, at the Crystal Ballroom at Grosse Pointe War Memorial.
The evening kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a special VIP reception with Dr. Klein, followed by the 7:30 p.m. "Roast & Toast." VIP reception -- cost is $100 -- includes hors d'ouevres, champagne, wine, beer and piano music, and the "Roast & Toast." To attend only the "Roast & Toast," cost is $50 and includes dessert, champagne, wine and beer.
