Historic Indian Village Home & Garden Tour

The area’s finest homes and gardens, historic churches and schools will be open in this Detroit turn-of-the-century neighborhood listed on the national, state and local historic registries.  Visitors this year will view eight homes and garden venues.  This is the tour’s 29th year.

Historic Indian Village consists of about 350 homes, built mostly between 1895 and the late 1920s. This residential neighborhood is located three miles east of downtown Detroit, bounded by East Jefferson on the south, Mack Avenue on the north, and Seminole and Burns on the west and east sides respectively
