Mason Rodeo

Round up all your cowboys and bring them to Mason Elementary School’s Spring Rodeo!

The Rodeo is Mason's carnival with games, a bounce house, a tin can auction and a Big Ticket raffle.  This year there will also be pony rides and a petting zoo.  The fun starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 12, on the lawn of Mason Elementary at 1640 Vernier Road.  The auction and raffle begin at 7:30 pm.

The Tin Can Auction features items from local retailers including Koueiter & Sons Jeweler, Greenhouse Salon, The League Shop, Next Level Gym, Kloka Design Group and Grosse Pointe Pet Salon as well as gift baskets with Tigers tickets, family activities and more.  Items in the Big Ticket Raffle include signed Tigers memorabilia, a tour of Comerica Park, a $350 TV donated by Pointe Electronics and a ride on the Grosse Pointe Woods fire engine in the Santa Clause Parade.

Wrist bands are $5 and include unlimited access to the petting zoo, bounce house and games. Pony rides are $4.  Tickets for the Tin Can auction are $1 each.  Big Ticket raffle tickets are $5 each.
