Oil Painting Class

The Grosse Pointe Art Center is offering a six-week class focusing on the foundations of oil painting. Eric Van Torre will teach students the basics, beginning with grasaille or black-and-white underpainting, and rendering concepts will be demonstrated. Students will also learn brush care, safety and a comprehensive use of oil painting materials.
