Ahoy Matey! Arrrr! Come if you dare! The 31st Annual Capuchin Souper Summer Celebration will set sail at Comerica Park on Saturday, June 23rd, 2012 at 7:30 pm. This year, you will embark on an incredible adventure, as Comerica Park transforms into “Treasure Island.” Some of the finest entertainers around will join you, including pirate look-a-likes, and music by Ani, Marley-Ritaville, The Gratitude Steel Band, Gwen and Charles Scales, The Mosaic Youth Theatre, DJ Prevu and more! Cash bars will be available throughout the Park and, as always, the Brushfire Grille and Big Cat Court will be serving a diverse selection of food and drinks.

The magnificent fireworks display will begin at 10:30pm with the raffle following directly after. This year’s raffle will feature some of the most extraordinary prizes yet, including fine jewelry and time pieces from Rolex, Roberto Coin, Mikimoto, David Yurman, Cartier, Tag Heuer, Marco Bicego, and Ivanka Trump…with a total value of over $30,000.

The “Treasure Island” event is free to attend. You must be 21 years of age or older and dressy springtime attire is suggested. There is complimentary self parking and valet is also available. Raffle tickets can be purchased prior to the event at Ahee Jewelers, The Capuchin Soup Kitchen, online at ahee.com/capuchin or during the event at Comerica Park. As always, raffle tickets are $1 each and you need not be present to win. 100% of the proceeds go directly to benefit the Soup Kitchen.
