Grosse Pointe Theater to Hold Auditions
Grosse Pointe Theater is looking to cast several roles in its spring musical, The Drowsy Chaperone, and will host auditions Feb. 8 and 9.
Actors wishing to perform in the Grosse Pointe Theater's spring musical may audition for a variety of parts Feb. 8 and 9.
The musical, The Drowsy Chaperone, will be performed in early to mid-May and is a comedy about a Hollywood actress of the 1920s and 1930s who gives up her career to become the wife of a millionaire but a producer who does not want to let her leave the business.
Auditions for the final show of the 2012/13 theater year will begin at 6:30 p.m. Friday Feb. 8 in the rehearsal studio on Fisher Road. Auditions will continue the next morning, Feb. 9, at 10 a.m.
