Grosse Pointe Schools Welcome New Personnel for 2013-2014 School Year
Grosse Pointe Public Schools will welcome new staff to schools this coming year.
Students won't be the only ones getting used to new surroundings next week when classes resume for the new school year in Grosse Pointe Public Schools.
The district will be welcoming new teachers, and staff, to the classroom for the upcoming school year including:
- Art teacher Jane Bartley at Richard and Trombly elementary schools
- Art teacher Erin Maday at Kerby and Mason elementary schools
- Art teacher Lyndsey VanMeter at Ferry and Mason elementary schools
- Counselor Aja Perales at Grosse Pointe South
- English teacher Katherine Bezak at Brownell Middle School
- English teacher Shelleyann Keelean at Parcells Middle School
- Instrumental music teacher Laura Rasmussen at Grosse Pointe North
- Latin teacher Candace Day at Grosse Pointe South
- Spanish teacher Rachel Butler at Parcells Middle School
- Special education teacher Monica Brumbaugh
