Atwater Plans Spring Opening
The biergarten of the new Atwater in the Park was open Monday for a charity event. The restaurant is scheduled to open in April.
Attendees of the St. Ambrose Oysterfest Monday received a sneak peek of the new biergarten at the new Atwater in the Park.
The restaurant, brewery and biergarten is still under construction in the former Grace United Church of Christ at Lakepointe and Kercheval in Grosse Pointe Park.
The biergarten was the only section of the new restaurant that was open, and utilized, during taste fest and fundraiser for St. Ambrose Catholic Church.
According to Atwater Brewery Facebook page, Atwater in the Park will have 40 taps and is scheduled to open in early April.
