What does your business offer? 

If you have a senior who is having any issues, please call us. We take pride in helping you reduce the worry in selecting the right elder care services for you and your family. CSS provides families with expert advice and creates details plans of care for seniors with medical and social issues. Some of the services include: Senior Housing Choices; Aging in Place; Financial and Estate Planning; Senior Health, Nutrition & Fitness.

What's your most popular product or service? 

We get a lot of questions about Veteran's benefits and Medicaid planning. Many family members are overwhelmed by the wide range of choices for senior living. They don't understand the choices and price ranges. We help them navigate through this process.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

It isn't just about care, we can help clients and their families on any services or any advice they may need.

When was the business founded?

How did your business come to be? 

I have been the owner of a non-medical home business for the past 10 years. When clients would call we found that family members were lost and didn't know where to turn for services for their loved ones. They had questions about Veteran's benefits, Medicaid planning, skilled home care, etc. My philosophy has always been to find the right answers for our clients, whatever their needs may be. From those experiences, we realized there was a need for expert advice and a source for referrals for senior services.

Why did you choose the area you did?

I've grown up on the east side and lived here all my life. My staff and I know the area and the services that are offered. We are a local company.
