What does your business offer? 

PC/Laptop Repair/Upgrades. Virus and Malware detection and removal. Data Recovery. 

Secure network set-up and configuration. (If you have internet connectivity, with one or more PC’s/Laptops and a cell phone, you have a network) Secure WI-FI set-up. 

What's your most popular product or service? 

Virus/Malware removal. PC and laptop upgrades.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

Not all PC’s or Laptops that are running slow, or that have a “bug”, need to be replaced. 

When was the business founded?

January, 1998

How did your business come to be? 

In 1998, I had been in the Corporate IT world for about 10 years. I realized that small businesses and home users needed the same “support” as large companies. It was around that time that I began to be asked by home users, “How do I get rid of viruses?” “Why is my computer running so slow?” “What’s the best Internet provider?” “Should I upgrade my PC or just buy a new one?”

I started doing work on the PC's and laptops of friends and family members. Over time I began working with small businesses who couldn’t afford the large cost of staffing an IT professional to take care of minor issues.

Why did you choose the area you did?

IT Customer Support has always been my passion. Everyday users are expected to know what is wrong with their PC or laptop. Small businesses don’t have the time, or expertise, to be able to “fix” what’s wrong.

I’ve been in IT support for over 25 years… it’s what I know
