Free Cupcakes to First 50 at Just Baked on National Cupcake Day

The company, which has a store on Mack in Grosse Pointe Woods, will also give 1,000 cupcakes to charities.

Cupcake lovers, put this one on your weekend planner:

Sunday is National Cupcake Day and Just Baked stores in metro Detroit, including the shop at 19615 Mack Ave. in Grosse Pointe Woods, are celebrating in a big way.

According to a release, the company will donate 1,000 cupcakes to area nonprofits. Also, the first 50 customers in each store will receive a "pay it forward" two-pack of cupcakes.

“All our products at Just Baked are about celebrating and sharing whether it’s a holiday, milestone, or birthday, so we thought it was a fitting to celebrate National Cupcake Day by sharing and spreading some sweetness and cheer,” said Pam Turkin, founder and owner of Just Baked, in a release.
