What's your most popular product or service?

Property management. It is what we do daily. Whether it includes finding that great qualified tenant or protecting that valuable investment. Property owners know their rents will be in their hands monthly without problem and that if the tenant or owner has questions they can reach us 24 hours a day.

What do you want your business to be best known for?

Quick service, response time and ease of use. I cannot tell you how many phone calls I receive weekly from Grosse Pointe owners unhappy, for whatever reason, with their current situation. We pride ourselves on having repairs done within 48 hours, having all emails answered same day and having phone calls returned promptly. I am proud of our staff and the work we do.

How did your business come to be?

It's a great story, it all happened by accident. In 2006 I purchased my first four family on Beaconsfield in Grosse Pointe Park as an investment. I had owned other rentals in other cities but this was my first Grosse Pointe experience. I fell in love with the park and the neighborhood and knew It would be a safe investment. When I purchased the building it had been partially renovated but all four units were empty. I spent the next 30 days making it very special and quickly found great tenants to occupy each unit. Standing on Beaconsfield I noticed that all the other "FOR RENT" signs that had previously been up were still standing... Why hadn't they rented and mine were? Out of the blue I called on a rental sign and offered my assistance. The rest is history.

When was the business founded?

September, 2006

Why did you choose the area you did?

Grosse Pointe is special, period. This area is the polar opposite of Royal Oak, instead of a bar on every street corner we have a school. The community is close and our rental market is relatively unknown to the outside communities. When I tell people outside of our community what we do the first question I am asked is 'there are rental properties in Grosse pointe?' Yes, yes there are!
