Marais Opens in the Village
Local business and elected officials joined with the owner and staff of Marais for a grand opening.
Local business leaders and elected officials gathered recently for the grand opening of Marais in the Village.
The French-inspired restaurant was opened by chef David Gilbert and his wife Monica. Gilbert, who has worked Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, added that diners can expect the menu to change every three to four weeks with the season.
