What does your business offer? 

Revolution Flag Group is a full service flag maintenance and flagpole company servicing all of Southeast Michigan. We offer flag maintenance programs where our trained crews will install on site an American flag or other flag of choice every three months for a 1 time flat rate for a one year service. We also flags of all kinds and sizes from American flags, State and custom options. We also offer flagpole installation. We have a trained crew of over 20 years to handle your installation at a business or home. We can also repair and maintain all sizes of flagpoles.

What's your most popular product or service? 

Revolution Flag Group most popular product is the flag maintenance program. The flag maintenance program is a program where we will change your flag every 3 months and change your clips as needed at no extra cost. There is a one time flat rate for a one year service.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

Revolution Flag Group is fully insured and is trusted by many large corporations and municipalities for their flag and flagpoles needs. Revolution Flag Group had also donated 20 flags to the Detroit Police Department on Flag Day in June of 2013. Revolution Flag Group is also the company behind the revitalization of the 20: 50 ft flagpoles at Hart Plaza in Downtown Detroit. Revolution Flag Group has entered into a Public/ Private Partnership with the City of Detroit to raise $60,000 repair the 20: flagpoles that have not flown American flags for 13 years. Revolution Flag group will also be maintaining the American flags for at least 2 years, and installing solar lighting to illuminate the flags at night to be able to seen from Canada.

How did your business come to be? 

Revolution Flag Group was founded by Constance Soviak and Michael Soviak. Having grown up in a patriotic family the American flag was always important to the Soviak family. Constance's father was a paratrooper on D-Day for the 101st Airborne Division. Michael Soviak was 16 years old at the time and found there was a need for a flag maintenance and flagpole company that offered personal service and low prices.

Why did you choose the area you did?

We live in the City of Grosse Pointe Woods and felt that it was important to stay in the city we call home.
