South Grads to Manage New Sandwich Shop in the Village

South graduates Mike Berschback and Nabil Shurafa will be managing the new Which Wich Superior Sandwiches in the Village, according to a release from the Kercheval Company.

Michigan native Jeff Sinelli founded the national sandwich chain in Dallas, which is known for more than 50 customizable sandwiches, a creative ordering system and a personalized sandwich bag.

According to a release, Which Wich currently has 300 locations open or in development in 38 states and four countries. 

The new location will be located in the former space occupied by Sweet Little Sheila’s,at 17045 Kercheval. Sweet Little Sheila’ s, which was in the location previously, has moved to the walkway - know as the "Cake Walk" - between CVS and Pretty Things, shared by Grosse Pointe Geek, Bruno’ s and The Grosse Pointe Art Center.

Which Wich expects to open in early spring, and has established a Facebook page.
