This week's selection for Visions for Vacancies is the site of two former pharmacies in : 20853 Mack Ave.
It housed Manor Pharmacy for years before the owner decided to close a few years ago and began working for a nearby corporate pharmacy. Then the owner of a pharmacy in St. Clair Shores opened a second location in the temporarily vacant building, naming it Pointe Pharmacy.
The new pharmacy remained in the location for about a year before shuttering its doors and removing the signage.

Offering a small, off-street parking lot behind the building, the vacant store is on the corner with windows on the front and side.
According to the Grosse Pointe Woods building records, the space is 3,270 square-feet. It is zoned as commercial retail property.

It is for lease, according to a sign on the front of the building. Details of the lease were not immediatley available. The owner of the building, listed as Grosse Pointe Woods Development
