The storefront is housed in the block of Subway and American Dry Cleaners across the street from Grosse Pointe South High School. It has been vacant for a few years after the tanning salon closed its doors.
There are not any signs in the windows to indicate the spacie is actively listed on the real estate market. Property records also could not be found based on the address.
