"Mom, come look!"
"I'll be right there."
"Mooooooommmmmm."
He sat there, staring for about 5 minutes. This squirrel sat on my front porch in Grosse Pointe Woods, just staring at us.
I hate to be rude and not invite a neighbor in, or at least offer him something to eat. My daughter and our babysitter had just baked chocolate chip cookies, and the smell was rather tempting. But I don't think I want him to come back.
Someone on my Facebook page suggested our squirrels were quite daring in the Pointes. I don't know. This guy seemd quite cheeky, perhaps even nuts. (Yes, those are my bad squirrel puns.)
Have you seen a squirrel behave like this in the Pointes?
