Frugal Family: Food, Books and More

Here are deals for dining, pampering and more.

Are you looking to save some coin and enjoy time out with the family a bit? Perhaps a bit of pampering without poking too many holes in your budget? Grosse Pointe Patch has a few helpful suggestions. And please feel free to share your frugal finds in the comments section below.


Deal: Saturday, March 19, 5-7:30 p.m. This is no spaghetti supper, but rather a loaded Italian feast, featuring pasta bar, sausage and peppers, meatballs, chicken Parmesan, salad bar, bread and more. Soda and lemonade are available for teetotalers and children, and beer and wine for those who desire something a wee bit stronger. Cost is $12 for adults; $7 for children over age 4.
