Cooperative Nursery at Christ Church Open House

Background:　The Cooperative Nursery at Christ Church (CNCC) has been one of Grosse Pointe's most loved nursery schools for more than 50 years.


CNCC offers a play-based preschool program for children who are 3 to 5-years-old. Sixteen 3-year-olds (Redbirds) meet Tuesday through Thursday mornings with an optional Friday attendance. Eighteen 4-year-olds and young 5s (Bluebirds) attend school Tuesday through Friday. CNCC also offers an extended day option from 11:20 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.


CNCC offers a small class size with an emphasis on fun and learning through play. The students participate in a number of activities including art, music, kindergarten readiness, outdoor play, story-time, playtime, special events, field trips, snacks, and special parties.
