About the DSO Neighborhood Concert Series
The 2013-14 season marks the third year of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra’s Neighborhood Concert Series, and the beginning of a new residency in Canton. Your support in both ticket purchases and contributions inspires all of us at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. It is a unique pleasure to perform music around this great community-now in seven neighborhoods in addition to Orchestra Hall in Midtown Detroit.
This year, you will have the opportunity to experience the astonishing artistry of several guest artists appearing exclusively for this series. We also hope to see you at the Orchestra’s Neighborhood Chamber Recitals. You may now attend these special events FREE as part of your Neighborhood Series subscription. These recitals will be announced throughout the season, offering unique opportunities for you to interact with the musicians of your Detroit Symphony Orchestra in intimate settings.
