A wonderful family event has been around annually for generations at the Grosse Pointe Congregational Church.  The Christmas Family Workshop, which is remembered by Congregational members to date back over 45 years, has been one of the outreach services the church provides to the community.  It is a safe haven where families can enjoy some food and beverage while children experience new artistic talents as they make age appropriate crafts.  A special treat is the appearance of St. Nickolas and Mrs. St. Nick which will give families a photo opportunity and the chance to create fond memories that will last a lifetime.

This year’s Christmas Family Workshop has been organized by Anna Wuerfel a Grosse Pointe Farms resident who remembers attending the Workshop as a child.  She states, “Advance orders for crafts are preferred, especially since quantities are limited for some of the projects.  There will be some projects available for Walk-ins, so feel free to attend whether you have signed up or not!”

For advanced orders individuals may view projects at www.gpcong.org and contact the church at 313-884-3075 starting Nov. 25th.

Robert, I've been a huge booster for Pointe Hardware. Their prices are either in-line or better thanRead More big box and their service is amazing. You could probably do a home remodel by just leaching free advice from them.
