Yoga Shelter student Lee Shaykhet has been training Police Officers and Army Special Forces Units in Self Defense since 1979. Now is your chance to learn his unique but practical core program for Self Defense.  Friday, March 1st 7-8:30pm, Yoga Shelter Grosse Pointe. $20/per person.
