Grosse Pointe Woods Winterfest

Enjoy the winter with a chili and cookie cook-off, ice skating, Score-O competition, giant slide, hot dogs and refreshments. Woods residents and their guests are invited free of charge, but advance registration is required. Call 343-2408 or email parks@gpwmi.us by Jan. 25. Chili and cookie contestants should sign up when they register for the event, and plan to arrive at 10:30 a.m. for the judging. Check the February UPDATE for rules, or pick them up at the Community Center.
