Festival of Tables

The ninth annual Festival of Tables will be held Sunday, Oct. 16 at the Grosse Pointe War Memorial.

The event, presented by the Thamyris Chapter of the Daughters of Penelope will allow guests to view 32 elaborately decorated tables by chapter members, decorators, and friends.

The event's first viewing and gift boutique is 1:30-4 p.m. and tickets are $10 in advance or $12 at the door. The second viewing is 4:30-8 p.m. and tickets are $60, which includes a silent auction, fashion show and dinner at the tables. The fashion show is by Lazare's of Grosse Pointe and  Boutique Bellissima. Proceeds from the first viewing will to be donated to the St. John Providence Health System Breast Care Program.
