This time of year ~ Hope, Renewal and Promise

WInter Solstice, a seasonal shift that signals us to pause, to breathe and rest in order to connect with our inner rhythm.

December 21st is the longest night of darkness, and each day henceforth there will be a noticable increase of daylight.  It is interesting how across the globe in the northern hemisphere the majority of celebrations are focused on the return of light, bringing forth life, new ideas and plans for the birthing year.

SOLSTICE is a time to pause.  So, pause.  Breathe.  Relax.  Rest.  Be at peace.

I invite you to give yourself permission,  and take the time to enjoy the sweet spirit of winter in the quiet place of your inner stillness.  It can be a magical time of year, if you allow yourself the time to just Be.  To Be Still and Know.    Close your eyes and take a few minutes in silence to go to the place where there is peace,  where there is calm,  where there is harmony.  Breathe deeply and close your eyes and  feel your goodness,  your wholeness emerge,  right now in this moment.  Your moment.

As this New Year is approaching,  give yourself moments, everyday.   Time for you to renew, reconnect and refresh yourself every hour.   For a minute or two,  throughout the day, renewing and refreshing.  Reclaiming your goodness,  your calm, peace and harmony.
