hosted its annual Spirit of Women's Day of Dance on Sautrday at the in Grosse Pointe Farms.

The event was a celebration of health, happiness and movement, according to organizers. 

People from all over the area gathered to watch dancers perform, get instruction on some dance moves, participate in some dance routines, watch healthy cooking demonstrations, and learn through dozens of information tables set up throughout the facility about health and wellness.
