Drive 4 Your School to Raise Money for GPSouth at Tailgate on Oct. 11

Bob Maxey Lincoln is bringing Ford Motor Company’s Drive 4 UR School program to Grosse Pointe South High School in an effort to raise up to $6000 for the school.  For every person who takes the wheel and test-drives a new Lincoln vehicle at Grosse Pointe South during the Grosse Pointe Chamber of Commerce tailgate for the North vs. South Varsity football game on October 11th, Bob Maxey Lincoln and Ford Motor Company will donate $20 to The Mothers’ Club of Grosse Pointe South.  The funds will be used for classroom enrichment projects, scholarships for our graduating seniors, and preservation of our historic high school.

“We know funding for schools is hard to come by, and we want to do our part to help make sure Grosse Pointe South remains one of the top high schools in the state,” said Marty Rutkowski, New Car Sales Manager at Bob Maxey Lincoln.  “We’re excited to raise money for The Mothers’ Club.”

The event, which will be held from 5pm to 7pm, will feature many vehicles from Lincoln’s impressive line-up.  “Whether you are looking to test drive one of our luxury vehicles, like the Lincoln MKS, or our very popular crossover the MKX, we will be able to put you behind the wheel of your favorite Lincoln vehicle,” said Marty Rutkowski.  Dealership staff on site will be able to assist with all Ford vehicles and provide additional information about each vehicle for test-drive.

To participate in this exciting event and get behind the wheel of your favorite Lincoln vehicle, please come to the Grosse Pointe Chamber of Commerce tailgate for  the North vs. South varsity football game on the lawn in front of Grosse Pointe South High School between 5pm and 7pm on October 11th.
