Here are a few of the people with ties to Grosse Pointe we pay tribute to this week, according to A.H. Peters Funeral Home.
- Gloria Marie Barker of Grosse Pointe Shores; March 31, 1927-March 26, 2013. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. April 13, 2013 at St. Philomena Catholic Church.
- Diane Walters of Grosse Pointe Shores; Nov. 3, 1940-March 10, 2013; Visitation is 11 a.m.-8 p.m. April 12 at A. H. Peters Funeral Home, 20705 Mack Avenue. A memorial Mass will be celebrated at noon April 13 at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
- Catherine Charlotte (Kitty) Motyka of Grosse Pointe; March 2, 1921-March 18, 2013. Visitation is 9 a.m. April 13, until Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Saint Clair Shores.
