Why is Kercheval closed at Wayburn to through traffic?  This is a real hassle for those of us who need to get to Alter Rd. , or from Alter Rd into Grosse pointe Park.  Who approved this ridiculous closure?  And how does anyone decide to close a major artery that is older than the community it runs through?
