Fisher Road to be Shut Down for Grosse Pointe South Homecoming Parade

According to Grosse Pointe Farms Public Safety, Fisher Road will be blocked for automobile traffic from 6:00 - 6:30 p.m. tonight for annual Homecoming Parade.

Grosse Pointe South Homecoming Parade and football game is this evening.

Fisher Road will be shut down for approximately 30 minutes to vehicular traffic. Road closure will be from Kercheval to St. Paul. Traffic will be re-routed.

Parade starts in GP City and travels east on Kercheval towards Fisher.

Football game starts at 7:00pm. Police say to expect high traffic and heavy pedestrian activity.
