The mentally challenged Detroit man who recorded by Grosse Pointe Park police officer is reportedly wanted for a home invasion.

Michael Scipio is alleged to have broken into a home in Indian Village, according to WJBK. The station reported the homeowner told police she beat Scipio with a hammer before fled. Officers located him with a broken arm.

In November, the Grosse Pointe Park Public Safety Department announced after an investigation that five officers will be disciplined for taking a video, and sharing a video, of Scipio.

Grosse Pointe Park Chief of Police David Hiller stated that the officers, who are not being named, will face up to 60-day suspensions for taking and sharing the videos. Additionally, all members of the 36-member department will undergo additional training.

The investigation identified the officer who took the video in March 2012, and those who shared the videos.

Maybe now he'll go to jail! Years of public drunk & disorderly, vagrancy & hone break-ins. Lock him up.
